Get Listed on Google in Two Days or Less

I have had a lot of people ask me how to get featured on Google as an internet marketer recently. If you want to get traffic from search engines, this is one of the first things you need to learn how to do. You may forget about getting targeted visitors if search engines can’t even discover your website. Getting indexed is a breeze, which is one of its many advantages.

Remember that Google constantly sends bots to scour the web for fresh content. These bots will use external links to find these new web properties. These bots will find what you’re putting out there if you keep doing your regular marketing and content creation routines. However, there will be situations when this takes weeks. Thankfully, there are ways to alert these automated viewers that you have something new for them to explore.

You’ll never again have to worry about how to be listed on Google if you follow this simple step-by-step strategy.

First, you can begin the indexing process once your domain and hosting are paid for, the site’s framework is built, and, ideally, some content. Pinging your site is the initial step. To “ping” a website is to alert search engine crawlers that it has been updated. Automated platforms like WordPress also provide add-ons to refine the effect further. Ping-O-Matic is a free service that allows you to request that your site be pinged manually.

Submitting your site to Google is the second thing you can do to increase the likelihood that it will appear in Google’s search results. It’s recommended that you also submit the site to Yahoo and Bing. Only these three search engines will significantly impact your overall traffic. Check out the submissions pages of several areas.

In Step 3, you’ll speed up your site’s discoverability by adding it to Google’s Webmaster Tools. Site analysis and inquiries are two of the services provided by these apps. You can use this to discover any dead links on your site. Log into your Google account and choose “Add a site to Webmaster Tools.” Simply use Google.com to accomplish this:

Typically, Webmaster Tools can be found in the far right-hand corner of the page under the My Products tab.

There is a “submit a site” button on the main page of Webmaster Tools. You’ll be prompted to enter your website’s address if you click this. Google will ask for confirmation that this is indeed your website once you enter its URL. They supply you with many means of proof. Pick the path that will be least challenging for you. All of the choices are quick and simple to implement. Google will confirm the verification as soon as you finish the process.

In the fourth step, you can access all available Webmaster Tools. You should upload a sitemap to the Webmaster Tools to maximize your site’s likelihood of being indexed quickly. There are simple plugins available for WordPress users to generate a sitemap automatically. If you can’t find a sitemap, you may need to make one yourself. You can find out how to do this with a fast Google search. There isn’t much of a challenge here.

Select SiteMaps from the menu on the left side of the Webmaster Tools window, then click the Site Configuration tab.

Just hit the “Submit a Sitemap” button. The address of your sitemap can be entered here. The WordPress plugin makes it easy to generate a sitemap with the click of a mouse.

In the fifth step, you’ll alert search engines to your site’s existence. Simply doing this will usually result in a quick indexing of your site. In rare circumstances, this hasn’t been sufficient for fast indexing. So, here are some more instructions for getting your site featured on Google in no more than two days.

As I mentioned before, making at least one piece of content for your homepage would be a good idea. A dead website doesn’t get much attention. This introductory material can be used to attract your first inbound links. As a result, the search engine bots will be drawn, and the SEO process will also be kicked off.

Using RSS is a simple method for doing this. RSS is a powerful method for rapidly amassing inbound connections. It’s also effective at drawing visitors, but that’s not why we’re currently employing it. Again, if you’re using WordPress, an RSS feed will be created for you automatically. The URL for the RSS feed is http://www.yourdomain.com/feed/.

Even if you aren’t using WordPress, FeedBurner makes it simple to create an RSS feed. Because Google owns it, using this platform and all it has to offer is highly recommended. Even using WordPress, you must submit your RSS feed to FeedBurner.

You can publish your RSS feed to various RSS directories after you have your RSS URL. If I had to make the list, it wouldn’t be as good as the one we already have. Just type “RSS Directories” into Google and see what comes up. Launch an RSS feed submission campaign to as many sites as you like. In my experience, having at least 50 directories is essential. This is a one-and-done application form. You are no longer required to submit after this has been completed.

Sixth Step: At this point, search engine bots should receive several signals from your site encouraging them to do so. The following step is optional for getting indexed. However, it will significantly aid in the beginning stages of search engine optimization for your site. At this point, you must send in a press release.

Press releases are an excellent strategy for rapidly amassing many quality inbound links. When a new website goes live, this is a huge help. These inbound links will bring in more visitors and ensure that the robots keep coming. An effective press release and a solid landing page can generate a flood of visitors almost immediately. I’ve seen that happen occasionally, but it usually depends on the subject you’re writing about. Exciting and engaging material is perfect for news releases…
